Capacity Building WorkshopBuilding on the success of last year's inaugural Capacity Building Workshop, funded by the ERSTE Foundation in Vienna, this event has now become an annual event in EFA's calendar.
The workshop programme is put together especially for leaders of nongovernmental organisations from Central and Eastern European countries where fundraising is still in its first stages of development and no formal fundraising association has been established.
This unique one-day training workshop provides the essential knowledge required to help you create and build your own association to represent fundraisers in your country, establish the highest ethical standards and motivate you in your work for the development of this new and important profession.
Delegates gain from EFA's collective management experience in leading professional fundraising associations – so far 15 national associations have been created for individual fundraisers in Europe, uniting over 8,000 members today.
